PO times out when saving

Our purchasing manager keeps having a problem with Netsuite timing our while she is creating a PO, she is using Netsuite continuously and adding items to the PO, but when she goes to save the PO she gets this error and loses all of the work she has done/items added.

We have the idle session set to last 720 minutes, but she isn't idle. What could be causing this?
