Override Free Shipping for Dynamic Customer Group?

Hi, we have a Dynamic Customer Group that includes customers that we
would like shipping charges included for regardless of our "Free Shipping over $60" order total on our SuiteCommerce website. I've found the Dynamic Customer group as well as the saved search that it's using but how do I make this change to override free shipping and edit this group to include shipping cost? Thanks
