Customising display name of customer in Global Search results

edited Aug 28, 2024 7:34AM in Ask A Guru 4 comments

Hi,

We have Auto Generated Numbers setting turned on for customers. So when we create a new customer, then in Global Search the customer is shown as 3617 Siemens Inc (where 3617 is the auto generated number and Siemens Inc is the company name). All good so far.

However as we have multiple Siemens for different countries, and when we do a search, all of those are show as below, but we do not know which belongs to what country.

3617 Siemens Inc

2456 Siemens Inc

2346 Siemend Ltd

Is there anyway we can suffix the Global Search Results with the country of the customer's address, example:

Howdy, Stranger!
