Diffrence in Invoice print from website to NetSuite.

Hi Guys,

We are facing an issue, when we try to print the Invoice PDF in NetSuite -

We are getting the sales order number and its creation date from which the invoice record was created.

But the same invoice does not show these two values when we try to get the print on the Website-


We are not getting these two field values -

Can you guys please respond to this as soon as possible?
