How can I enable the Forecast report customization : Reports=>Forecast

Hello,

I am trying to customize the report as explained in SuiteAnswer:21240

THe navigation should be : Reports⇒ Forecast

But The" Forecast" does not appeared

How can I enable the Forecast reports?
