DWH integrator role not working

Hi gurus,

trying to setup an ODBC connection against NetSuite2.com service using suggested role (Data Warehouse Integrator) as per suite answer guide (https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38960).

I receive the following error:

Any ideas?

ODBC are on the latest version and if I create a custom role I can handle the connection; so it seems to me there are some problems on this specific and suggested role.
