How do I change the default date setting on my Assembly Build forms?

Currently my Assembly Build forms have a default date set to the date the form is created, this happens to coincide with the scheduling of the work orders in a third party program that we use along with NetSuite. Is there a way to alter that default date to match the date of completion?
