Email Template design question

I am trying to create an email template to send to my business partner because the <Check> form does not allow to send advance HTML/PDF attachment. In order to achieve the layout I want, I need to see the transaction line in a table layout. However, I can't get the #list to display correctly and I can't find the field to be included for the line Memo. Please guide me what have I done wrong.

My template only shows the Memo from main, unable to show Memo #1 and Memo #2.
