Formula (Text) Filter with a Summary Saved Search
We have a summary search that uses a Formula (Text) field to create the SO/WO Priority field in the screenshot below:
In the Filters section of the search, we added a Formula (Text) filter (naming it Priority), expecting that it would tie into the Formula (Text) field in the results of the search. However, whenever we type anything into that Priority filter, we always get 0 results. Is there something that we are doing incorrectly? How can we use a Formula (Text) filter to look at results having only a certain SO/WO Priority value?
