Password reset thru "User Access Tool"

One of the agency members has never signed into NetSuite (they did not respond to the original new user email when they were set up in NetSuite (May 2024)). They request a new link (obviously the one from May expired). We use the "user access tool" to send them the new link.

So, wanted to understand how long the link sent thru the user access reset email is valid?

is 24 hours is the default for this "tool" -- and cannot be changed? please advise.
