PREVENT SAME TAX NUMBER IN SUPPLIER

Hello, how can we prevent the suppliers from having the same tax number in NetSuite?

Vendor A: 123-456-789

Vendor B: 123-456-789


Vendor A has an existing Tax Number and we want to warn the user from using the same tax number to Vendor B, sometimes vendors can have different names or the users can have errors in putting info to Tax Number.

I have tried the Duplicate Detection feature but to no afford.
Please help.
