Role Permission Access

Hi Suiteez! Happy Tuesday!

Random question.

It seems that some permissions list FULL access, though FULL access is not an option when viewing the actual permission in NetSuite. For example on the Lists>Company Feature Setup subtab of a custom role, it appears that the only option for Company Feature Setup is is VIEW, whereas when viewing role permission differences, there appears to be a FULL option.

Can anyone help me understand the difference?
