Journal Entry when yen is converted to dollars
Journal Entry when yen is converted to dollars
How can I register a Journal Entry when I have converted yen into dollars?
You can only select one currency for the Journal Entry.
What should I do if I want to create a Journal Entry like the following?
(Debit) Savings account 10000JPY
(Credit) Foreign currency deposit 100USD
If the exchange rate is 100, the balance is correct.
However, since only one of the currencies in the header item can be selected, either JPY or USD, how should the Journal Entry be created if the Yen is converted to USD in this way?
