How do you upload Turkey on COO or country of Manufacture via CSV on items?

Hi - how do you upload Turkiye for country of manufacture or COO via CSV on items. I tried everything and NetSuite doesn't accept it. Turkiye, Türkiye, TR, Turkey, but NetSuite will not accept it.
