Item fulfillment shipping address doesn't match sales order

After the recent Netsuite update, the Shipping Address is not populating correctly on Item Fulfillment from the Shipping Address on the Sales Order. The Shipping Address on the Fulfillment no longer includes the Addressee (the company name) but consists of the Attention field twice. For example, on the Sales Order Shipping address is:
Jane Doe
ABC Company
123 Main
Anywhere, NY 12345

but the Item Fulfillment Shipping address is populated as:
Jane Doe
Jane Doe
123 Main
Anywhere, NY 12345
(without the company name)

This is causing issues for Packing Slips, emails, and other reports that use the Shipping address field as they no longer contain the Company.
