Does NetSuite have a data backup feature?

Does NetSuite have a data backup feature?

If there is a failure, does it automatically store backup data somewhere?
And if I want to restore with that backup data, what steps do I need to take?

Please elaborate.

Also, I heard this rumor, is it true?

NetSuite takes daily data backups. Backup data is stored on tape, transferred to the vendor twice a week, and shipped to remote locations once a week. Backup data is stored for a minimum of one year, and restoration due to failure is generally to the most recent backup.
