Cannot move fields in subtab

Hi

I have a custom subtab which has several fields on it. The fields were originally part of the main tab.

I have moved these fields using the 'Move elements between subtabs' option. However, once I have moved the fields, I am not able to click into the subtab under the form customisation.

Why is that?

I have found this issue with multiple forms.

This form is a vendor bill form.
