Landed Cost Subtab Not Appearing

Good Day,

The landed cost subtab is missing from our Item Receipt form depsite the fact that it is showing on the form.

Under the customize form, the tab is marked to show:


Please note that I reviewed this previous question (see below).

As per their suggestion, I checked by creating a new bill and it does not appear there either and the landed cost by line checkbox does not appear and the landed cost template field is greyed out:

Any help is appreciated!
