Updating Several Journal Entries Via Upload

I had a script created to generate a journal entry upon invoice creation for rebates we get by selling certain product to certain customers. However, that journal entry does not include the customer name to record on the customer record.

I pulled all the information by a search but I am having trouble uploading. Is there a field that I am missing? Is it even possible? I can always do an additional JE but thought to add would be cleaner.
