Recommendations to prevent negative inventory because of bin transfers and item receipts

Hello, community!

I have a customer who is very concerned about negative inventory. We have already recommended some options regarding fulfillment preferences and the level warnings box.

Their concern is more about having raw materials (lot-numbered inventory items) go negative because of bin transfers, item receipts, etc.

They treat lot-numbered assemblies (99.9% of the time only on sales orders) and lot-numbered inventory items (99.9% of the time only on work orders) differently.

Do we have any recommendations for that? I really appreciate your response!
