Can you share a Key Performance Indicator view with another user?

On my Dashboard I have the Key Performance Indicatoer Score Card. The KPI's in the view are standard. I am admin and I would like so share my exact score card with another Admin. Can this be done, or do I need to setup the criteria separately on that user's dashboard?
