how can i get a diagram of netsuite's erp entity relationships

hi i looked at a couple of posts (they were a bit old) in this forum on this subject and got the impression that this isnt easy without purchasing other products like Connect. but i spent about half a day today trying to discover the relationship of customer to customer address. what are netsuite customers doing about this? especially those who dont want to buy the Connect product from Oracle. But who do want to write queries against netsuite's data.
