E-mail notification when entering second prepayment for a Purchase Order
Hi
We process advance payments(prepayments) to suppliers in Netsuite from the Purchase Order screen.
We would like to receive a warning message if ever we record a 2nd prepayment on the same Purchase Order to ensure we are not accidentally paying the supplier twice for the same thing.
It seems like Standard NEtsuite does not give any warning when there is already a Prepayment recorded on the Purchase Order and we are recording another one.
Can anyone confirm if this is normal and what can I do to receive a warning message when recording a second Prepayment on the same Purchase Order
