saved searches using system notes on the filter aren't working for other roles

Hello! Since the 2024.2 upgrade, our saved searches using system notes on the filter aren't working. How do I fix this? They work in the Admin role but not in other roles. I'm not sure if it's a permission missing or what permission to give. Can you help?
