Turn off lead creation via online marketing form

Hi Guru,

I have created an online form where, once a customer fills and submits it, a coupon code is displayed. However, I’m unable to prevent the form from automatically creating a lead record in NetSuite. As this leads to duplicate lead records because when the customer registers on our website (to use the coupon) it again create lead record.

Is there a way to disable the form from creating a lead, or would you recommend a different approach?
