BIR CAS: 2550Q Form - No Page 2

Hi NetSuite Gurus,

Just wondering, because NetSuite claims that it is BIR CAS Compliant system; however, we cannot really make use of it as the generated 2550Q form in NetSuite does not have a page 2. I have attached two files (1) One from NetSuite (2) One from BIR.

In line with BIR CAS Tax Reports, can Income Tax Return (1702,1702Q) forms be generated in NetSuite as well?
