NSC | Send Email to Multiple Recipient Using Workflows
Send Email Actions in Workflows uses a field in the record as a reference, or a static value configured in the Workflow Action when sending emails. In this scenario, a user needs to send an email to multiple recipient using the Send Email Action Workflow. To do this, we need to create a Custom Email Field.
- Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, &, Fields > Transaction Body Fields > New
- Enter the required details in the Custom Field
- Type: Select Email
- Click Save
Create a Workflow
- Create a Workflow by navigating to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
- Name: Enter the Name of the Workflow
- Record Type: Select
