Customized balance sheet showing opposite amount on customized financial sections

Hi team, I have been working on a Customized Balance Sheet and I had to add financial sections to it. I noticed that the report is showing exactly the opposite amount for these new financial sections on the balance sheet, for example:
This JE is debiting account 16410 for USD 13,589.04, but I have this JE being displayed on the Balance Sheet for USD -13,589.04:

Notes receivables is a new financial section I added:

This is the detailed view of this section:

Any ideas on why the amount is negative on the report if the transaction is for debit?
