User cant see vendor records, others with same role can see.

When our CEO try's to view a vendor record (under the ceo role) we get an error that say to contact NetSuite support. She can view it under her sales role.

When I or other admins login under the ceo role we can see the vendor records with no issues.

There are no WF for this record and we turned the scripts off, this did not solve the issue. We switched from the custom to the standard form and she was able to view in this case, but this is not a Longterm solution. We have had many issues since our last update.
