Saved Search expressions / parentheses

I need some help with my saved search criteria, basically we use bill and invoice pairing for intercompany reconciliations.
I have an exception report that runs every month to identify any bills and invoices that have not been paired. So far, it's working fine but I need to add another criteria to find any intercompany invoices/bills that have also been paired but the bill or invoice status is pending approval.
Not sure if below grouping will yield the results I am looking for:
The last two lines are the additional criteria, so I want to find intercompany related transactions that have either been paired or not or status is pending approval.
