Customer cannot see quotes in My Account in SCS site.

When a customer is logged in and they click to get into My Account and select quotes, they are dumped to a 'this page not found' error page. I can see it trying to load the quote screen for a brief second before it throws the error.

Any thoughts on what this could be before I put in a Support Case?
