Custom Item Option Source & Filtering Stopped Working
Friday 9/27 in the morning EST all are Opportunity and Sales Order transaction new line's Item Option fields stopped populating sourced list data. No data after the first option is populating.
These fields and setups have not changed since their initial setups. The data in them also has not changed.
I sent this to Netsuite as an urgent issue Friday at noon. We can not enter any of our transactions because of this.
Has Netsuite changed their Item Option Custom List Field Sourcing & Filtering?
Only the filtering of "Value is Not Empty" Filtering works on these not the Filtering comparing to another field.
