Why does Sales Order Add Multiple button is not working for one user?
Hello,
Has anyone had an issue with a single user not being able to select the right arrow when using the Add Multiple button on a sales order? We have one user that shares the same role as many other users and the Add Multiple process only intermittently works for her.
We have already opened a support case and demo'd the issue with NS Support but it seems likely they'll need to file a defect. To date we've already tried the following:
- Restarting computer
- Logging out/in of NetSuite
- Clearing Cache/History/Data
- Switching browsers
- Disabling browser extensions
- Removing and adding back user access
