Suitebilling and intercompany transactions

Hi,

My customer has Legacy tax and Suitebilling. Now, Legacy tax dos not allow for multisubsidiary customers. How would you manage intercompany without Suitetax? In my country the Suitetax localization is very new, and due to that, my customer may not be able to transition to it just yet, but they just acquired a new company that has 3 subsidiaries in different countries.
