Message on Customer Header Stating The Customer Is Inactive
The sales team has asked if we can put something on the customer record in larger font that indicates that the customer is inactive. I did a similar formula in a custom HTML entity field to show them if the customer is past due. But I can't seem to get the formula correct to just show the message if the customer is marked inactive. Has anyone else done something similar?
This is the Credit Limit Warning formula
CASE WHEN {custentity_remaining_credit_calc} <0 THEN '<b><span style="color:white; background-color:red; font-size: 200%"> Credit Limit Exceeded</span></b>' WHEN ({creditlimit}-{balance})/NULLIF({creditlimit},0) <0.2 THEN '<b><span style="background-color: yellow; font-size: 125%"> Approaching Credit Limit</span></b>' ELSE 'No Credit Concerns' END
