Voiding Bill credits for which cash is received

Hi,

we have several vendors with outstanding bill credits that we received refunds in cash for later. Those periods in which these credits were created are already closed. We use Coupa and voiding them in Coupa is not voiding them in NetSuite.

How would we go about voiding the related bill credit in NS since they no longer are valid?
