How to resolve error "An unexpected error has occurred. Please" while updating Employee and Invoice
Hi
We are observing some unexpected behavior in NetSuite while updating employee records or editing and saving the invoice.
It is showing error "An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information." while updating the employee record.
And while editing and saving the invoice it is showing warning message, "The NetSuite SuiteApps License Client is not available in your account. Please install this SuiteApp to access all Electronic Invoicing features". Sometimes it is showing "JS_EXCEPTION SSS_CONNECTION_CLOSED Connection Closed" while editing and saving the invoice.
We observed, this error is appearing for Indian entities where e-invoice is integrated with Cleartax.
