Workflow to copy value from memo (line) to memo (header) on JE

Hi,

Is it possible to create a workflow that would copy value from line memo into the header memo on a journal entry created by integration? The auto journal entry created by purchasing system contains the line level description but its blank on the header memo, and NS bank match data only displays the header memo.
