Customise Shipping label

Hi There,

How do I customize the Shipping label that you print from the Item Fulfilment.

I customised the standard shipping Label PDF/HTML Template and added it to my Custom entry form - Shipping Label, however when i click print label from the IF, I get an error. Can you not customise using advanced pdf?
