Payments not appearing under "Sales" in member records
Hello: Netsuite crashed with a 404 Error. I cleared my Safari Cache, and restarted Netsuite. Now - when I go into a custoomer account record, if I look under "Sales" for that customer - I only see what was invoiced I no longer see the payments shown. Before the crash, I could see in chronological order all invoices and their related payments. What happened to the view, and how do I get it back to the way it was? I need to see if customers have paid their invoices and when. Thank you.
