Bill fields taking values without manually imported by the user

Hi guys!

We have found a bug in bills we believe.

Some bills are wrongly connected/linked to POs. e.g. PO341 below. Three(3) bills are connected to the PO. Only one is correct. Why is this happening?

Additionally, we have created a custom "free-form text" field named "Purpose" visible on Bills so that when receiving an Item from a PO and creating a bill, it automatically inherits the "Purpose" value from PO without the need to add it again. But some bills that are created from scratch (not from a PO) have the "Purpose" field filled in with a wrong description. It seems that it is copied from another PO/Bill.
