Subsidiary Invoice toolbar

In my system I have 2 subsidiaries and recently I created a third one, with exactly the same settings. For some unknown reason to me, while working with the new subsidiary I do not get the Invoice option on the toolbar. For the other 2, i get a full toolbar with an Invoice button, which I do not get on the new one, I get a toolbar with only the first 4 buttons.

Any can help me with this?
