Bank Data Import Failed

Hi a user received this error message:

"There was a problem connecting to your financial institution. No files were uploaded because the bank server directory is empty. If you continue to receive this error, contact your financial institution. Please contact your administrator for assistance and refer to the failed imported statement: Internal ID xxxxxx."

How to correct this error?
