Balancing journal" Line Type "Line limit adjustment"

There is a balancing journal of 137 lines most of which are with line type "Payment adjustment" and "Balancing by segments", all of these lines got posted with segment.

But there is one line which got posted without segment and line type "Lines limit to adjustment"

Can anyone help what this adjustment is?
