Email Template Updates - Field ID

I would like to create an Email Template, but would like to pull the Transaction ID, Purchase Order number, Item and Quantity from the Supplier Return Authorizations. How do i find the codes? for instance {transaction.tranId} will pull the SRA number, but how can i find the code for Purchase Order number, Item and Quantity from the SRA?
