pick task failed - not yet fully confirmed

Hi,

I have never seen this error before. NetSuite lets us wave a sales order. The line shows committed and also says commitment confirmed. The pick task failed. The error is "Not yet fully confirmed". It also marked the pick task and wave complete. The next day we were able to wave the same item again and this time we didn't get an error but the pick task is stuck in progress and no IF record was generated. We are unsure why this happened but also don't know how to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks
