How to resolved Error: "Parentheses are unbalanced"?

Hi There

Recently, I have noticed that when using the transactions>List option, nearly every transaction type is giving this error.

There is a suiteanswer on how to resolve this for journals. I am getting this error on the purchase order and vendor bill pages.

What is causing this?
