Why does SuiteAnswer 41423 has no data result?

Hi All

I have followed the steps in Suite Answer 41423 to customize Purchase by Vendor Payable Amt Summary but there is no Data result in Diley Demo Database.

Please advise which step is missed out in Suite Answer 41423.

There seem to be a restricted Subsidiary View error message pop up but disappeared and I cant find back that Page.
