When registering an asset in Fixed Assets Management, I want to set the Purchase date = Depreciation
When registering an asset in Fixed Assets Management, I want to set the Purchase date = Depreciation Start Date.
When registering an asset in Fixed Assets Management, I want the date entered in the Purchase date (custrecord_assetpurchasedate) to be the Despreciation Start Date (custrecord_assetdeprstartdate). I would like to create a workflow in which the date entered in the Purchase date (custrecord_assetpurchasedate) is automatically set in the Despreciation Start Date (custrecord_assetdeprstartdate).
For example, if we enter 2024/10/23 in the Purchase date, the Despreciation Start Date will automatically be set to 2024/10/23.
Is this feasible in a workflow?
If so, please let me know how to do it.
