Company Logo missing when printing documents

Hi All

Is there a global problem as few of our customers suddenly see missing Company Logo when printing Documents though the Logo is visible in Subsidiary Settings Manager?

Just now I login to view the logo in Subsidiary Settings Manager for affected Subsidiary and reprint Purchase Order and the logo become visible again.
